What is The Patmos Project?

The Patmos Project is a serious exploration of the prophecies contained in the document known to us as “The Apocalypse of St. John the Divine,” also known as the “Book of Revelation.”

This ancient document was written on the island of Patmos late in the 1st century AD. Patmos is in the Aegean Sea, just west of Turkey.

The ultimate production goal of The Patmos Project is the creation of an interpretive reading of the text of the Apocalypse in an audio – video format. This reading will contain only the text itself of the Apocalypse, but with interpretation suggested by the accompanying video presentation. This “interpretive reading” will be based on Dr. Christie’s book, The Gold Mine.

The fulfilment of the prophecies of the Apocalypse will affect everyone on the planet; therefore we hope to produce The Patmos Project video in formats globally accessible and in as many languages as possible.

The Patmos Project video will be supported by a short series of talks given by Dr. Christie. These talks will be posted on YouTube as they become available.

The purpose of The Patmos Project is to help prepare people for the return of Jesus Christ and the global circumstances and events that will surround His return.
